Requirements

  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Honest, dependable, and compassionate personality with a strong desire to help others

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required — we pay for Caregiver training

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
  • Work directly in clients’ homes with flexible shifts and varied daily activities
