About The Position

Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dedicated full-time Personal Caregivers to join our growing team. Requirements

• Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required — we pay for your Caregiver training
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Successful completion of a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
• Honest, dependable, and compassionate Caregiver with a passion for helping others

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
• Work as a trusted Caregiver in clients’ homes, supporting daily routines and independence
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment
