Requirements
- A compassionate and caring attitude
- Reliability and professionalism
- Experience with seniors or adults with disabilities preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle and active automobile insurance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Smartphone for clock-in/out and documentation
Nice To Haves
- CNA/LNA experience or certification is a plus
- Dementia/Alzheimer's experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Keeping a client company and providing conversation
- Helping with personal care
- Preparing meals
- Providing medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Transportation to appointments
- Supporting daily routines and activities
