About The Position
Right at Home is looking for compassionate, dependable CNAs and Nurse Aides to join our growing team serving seniors and disabled adults across Oahu. We are searching for caregivers with patience, kindness, and a genuine heart for helping people live comfortably in their homes. At Right at Home, we believe our caregivers are the heart of everything we do. That’s why we work hard to provide a positive, supportive environment where caregivers feel appreciated and respected. As part of our caregiving team, you will provide essential support that helps clients maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience (personal or professional)
- Current CNA or Nurse Aide certification
- BLS CPR certification (or willingness to obtain after hire)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently while providing excellent care
Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Helping with mobility, transfers, walks, and transportation to appointments
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
- Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment
- Observing and reporting changes in client condition or behavior
- Responding quickly and responsibly during emergencies
