About The Position
Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is hiring dedicated Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions throughout Spokane County. If you have a passion for helping seniors and adults maintain their independence, this is your opportunity to join a supportive team that values kindness, respect, and professional growth. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential in-home care services that help clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a competency evaluation
- Ability to pass a drug screening and nationwide background check
- Reliable, caring, honest, and dependable
- Passion for serving seniors and individuals in need of support
Nice To Haves
- HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required
- Paid training available for qualified applicants
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
- Performing light housekeeping and household tasks
- Offering medication reminders
- Supporting clients with daily living activities
- Creating a safe, positive, and respectful environment
