Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a written competency evaluation
- Must pass a drug screen and nationwide background check
- Reliable, honest, compassionate, and committed to helping others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) certification preferred, but not required
- We provide and pay for caregiver training for qualified candidates
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Offer medication reminders and wellness monitoring
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help clients maintain a safe, comfortable, and independent lifestyle at home
- Document care activities and communicate with the care team as needed
