About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Port Charlotte and help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The position provides one-on-one client care, with full-time and part-time opportunities and schedules based on client needs. Work is primarily during weekday day shifts. Caregivers provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, meal preparation, transportation, errands, shopping, prescription pickup, telehealth visits, and light housekeeping. Requirements

• Professional caregiving experience is preferred.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Access to a smartphone and email.

• CNA or HHA certification; experienced caregivers with or without certification are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship to clients.
