About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide exceptional in-home care services to our clients in Clawson, MI. Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and exhibit empathy and patience.
- Must be able to pass background checks.
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Clawson, MI.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide medication reminders and support with prescribed health routines.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor clients' condition and report any changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Follow all care plans and protocols to ensure the highest quality of service.
