University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide in-home support and assistance to individuals in Clawson, MI. Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or related fields is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to client confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation may be required
- Willingness to undergo background checks
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Provide medication reminders and support according to care plans
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Support clients with mobility and transfers safely
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and safety
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors
