Requirements

Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience
Strong communication and time-management skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
Valid driver’s license & insured vehicle
Ability to pass background and registry checks
Positive, accountable, team-first leadership style

Nice To Haves

Experience within healthcare or senior care is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Build & Strengthen the Care Team: Recruit, interview, and onboard high-quality caregivers, Set clear performance expectations, Maintain strong service standards and team culture
Develop & Support Caregivers: Provide mentorship and daily guidance, Reinforce accountability and professionalism, Ensure caregivers feel supported and valued
Own Scheduling & Operations: Manage caregiver schedules and coverage needs, Solve last-minute call-offs with calm, decisive leadership, Match caregivers to clients based on skill, personality, and care needs
Support Clients & Families: Help ensure smooth client onboarding, Communicate proactively and professionally, Address concerns quickly to maintain trust and satisfaction
Lead From the Front: When needed, you’ll step in to assist with ADLs or companionship to ensure uninterrupted care delivery.
