About The Position
The Longview Home Care Supervisor role at Korean Women's Association (KWA) is a full-time position focused on coordinating schedules and ensuring clients receive timely care. The position is based in Longview, WA, with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks

- Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities
