Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in home care services and/or geriatrics preferred
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Ability to manage operations, teams, and budgets effectively
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field
Experience in sales, community services, or home care program management
Experience working with diverse populations and community resources

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the Home Care Services program, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Supervise Care Coordinators, CNAs, and companion staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
Oversee client service plans, scheduling, and satisfaction to ensure excellent care outcomes
Ensure compliance with all licensure, regulatory, and documentation requirements
Monitor budgets, staffing levels, and financial performance to meet operational goals
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, vendors, and community partners
Support marketing and growth initiatives for home care services
Manage vendor contracts and partnerships for client service needs
Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance
Lead team communication, problem-solving, and day-to-day operational excellence
