About The Position

MySolutions, part of Lutheran Life Communities, is hiring a Home Care Services Manager to lead daily operations of our home care program. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in home care services and/or geriatrics preferred
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage operations, teams, and budgets effectively
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field
  • Experience in sales, community services, or home care program management
  • Experience working with diverse populations and community resources

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the Home Care Services program, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Supervise Care Coordinators, CNAs, and companion staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Oversee client service plans, scheduling, and satisfaction to ensure excellent care outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with all licensure, regulatory, and documentation requirements
  • Monitor budgets, staffing levels, and financial performance to meet operational goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, vendors, and community partners
  • Support marketing and growth initiatives for home care services
  • Manage vendor contracts and partnerships for client service needs
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Lead team communication, problem-solving, and day-to-day operational excellence
