The Home Care Manager position involves overseeing the clinical and administrative functions of multisite Home Care offices. This includes ensuring regulatory compliance (Medicare, Medicaid, CHAP), managing budgets, setting and meeting key performance indicators (including STAR ratings), and fostering a culture of excellence. The role also involves hiring and supervising field clinicians and office support staff, directing Clinical Supervisors, participating in on-call rotation, and leading quality improvement and compliance activities.

Requirements

Current Michigan RN license or PT/OT license, in good standing
8 years clinical (PT/OT or RN) experience
2 years acute care experience
3 years home care/hospice experience
Proven management experience
In-depth knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations

Nice To Haves

Master’s in Health Administration, Nursing, Physical or Occupational Therapy
CHAP standards knowledge
