The position involves creating work schedules, managing changes, providing alternate coverage, contacting care providers and clients, conducting monthly client wellness calls and home visits, and following through on escalated client complaints and theft claims. The role also includes supervising direct service employees, ensuring they meet expectations for attendance, performance, and conduct, and maintaining a professional branch environment. Adherence to MCO, Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations is required.
