About The Position

Requirements

• Previous scheduling, staffing, or healthcare coordination experience preferred.
• Home care or healthcare scheduling experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Proficient with computers and scheduling software.
• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are covered.
• Respond quickly to call-offs, schedule changes, and urgent staffing needs.
• Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls throughout the day.
• Fill open shifts while maintaining continuity of care.
• Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and client preferences.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and internal office staff.
• Monitor schedules for overtime and compliance.
• Maintain accurate scheduling documentation.
• Partner with HR and Operations to meet staffing objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
