About The Position

Westminster Communities of Florida Home Care is hiring a Staffing / Scheduler for its Orlando location. In this role, the Staffing / Scheduler will coordinate staffing schedules and ensure coverage for home care clients across all shifts. This position reports to the Home Care Administrator of the assigned community. Two positions available (1 Full-time and 1 Part-time).

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum 2 years staffing experience, preferably in home care or staffing agency.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparing the monthly schedule for caregivers (HHA/CNA and LPNs) based on census needs. The schedule must be posted at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • Post daily and or weekly updates to the schedule.
  • Submit approved Missed Punch Forms, Lunch Break Forms and other payroll related documentation on a bi-weekly basis. Accuracy and timeliness are required for this function.
  • Maintain a record of Call-offs and no-call/no-shows. Immediately inform the RN Supervisor of employees’ unplanned absences.
