As a Home Care Scheduler, you will play an essential role in connecting caregivers with clients and helping keep our home care services running smoothly. Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Experience with scheduling or home care is preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment is a plus
- Experience in home care, healthcare scheduling, staffing, or customer service is preferred, but we are looking for the right person with the motivation and skills to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and maintaining schedules for clients and caregivers.
- Matching caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and client needs.
- Creating and maintaining accurate caregiver schedules.
- Communicating with caregivers, clients, and office staff.
- Managing schedule changes, call-outs, and last-minute coverage needs.
- Assisting with finding coverage for open shifts.
- Ensuring client services are staffed appropriately.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and scheduling records.
- Working closely with office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Building positive relationships with caregivers and clients.
- Helping solve scheduling challenges in a fast-paced environment.
