Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the home care or healthcare industry.
  • CPR/ CMT/CNA certified a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and professionals.
  • Knowledge of home care services and the aging population's needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for helping others and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, promote and maintain relationships with referral sources, increasing private-pay and insurance-based client admissions.
  • Focus on relationship-building with healthcare professionals in the community including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities and senior living communities.
  • Conduct in-home assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services.
  • Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track sales leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Participate in community events and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
