About The Position

Care Advantage is seeking a Home Care Sales Specialist for a 100% field-based role covering Newport News, VA and surrounding markets. This role is responsible for driving growth and building lasting relationships within the healthcare community. The specialist will take ownership of their territory, develop strong referral networks, and position Care Advantage as the provider of choice. Collaboration with a supportive sales and operations team focused on accountability, results, and shared success is key. Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B healthcare sales.
  • Home Care experience.
  • Home Health experience.
  • Hospice experience.
  • Assisted Living / Senior Living experience.
  • Consistent performer who knows how to build relationships and close.

Responsibilities

  • Develop referral relationships with Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Communities, Rehabilitation centers and CCRCs.
  • Call on social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and facility leadership.
  • Present Care Advantage's services as trusted, patient-centered care solutions.
  • Clearly communicate our clinical capabilities, responsiveness, and service quality.
  • Build and execute weekly territory and account plans.
  • Schedule and lead face-to-face meetings and in-services.
  • Partner closely with operations and clinical teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Deliver an exceptional referral-to-start-of-care experience.
  • Expand market share and strengthen Care Advantage's brand presence.
  • Leverage CRM tools, reporting, and company resources to drive results.
