About The Position

BrightStar Care of North Houston and The Woodlands is seeking an outgoing and experienced salesperson to serve as a Home Care Sales Clinical Liaison. This role involves calling on medical facilities, healthcare providers, discharge planners, and case managers in the Northwest Houston area. The position offers a competitive base salary plus incentive compensation, PTO, an auto allowance, expense reimbursement, and medical benefits. Requirements

Proven record in healthcare, infusion therapy, DME, or similar services (RN preferred).
Ability to generate leads and monitor referrals to manage a sales territory.
Experience in maintaining and building relationships with new and existing contacts.
Experience with public speaking.
Comfortable with closing/asking for business.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Service attitude towards the community.

Responsibilities

Call on medical facilities, healthcare providers, discharge planners, and case managers in the Northwest Houston area.
Work with discharge planners, case managers, and other contacts within the elder care community, Assisted Living Facilities, Independent Living Facilities, and Memory Care Facilities.
Conduct Patient Admission visits.
Obtain referrals for home health services (primarily wound care and infusions) as well as personal care.
Call on large orthopedic clinics, wound care clinics, and other large providers.
Develop relationships with referral sources to become the 'preferred provider' for services offered.
Participate in Community Events, including occasional weekend events.
