About The Position
A Home Care Visiting RN provides safe, holistic care to a population with multiple co-morbidities and advanced chronic illnesses. The RN educates patients regarding self-management and supports the needs of patients, families, and the community. The role collaborates with team members to promote quality, compassionate, holistic, patient-centered care and support internal and external customers. The position serves the home care service area of southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of med-surg experience.
- Able to work weekend, holiday, and on-call hours.
- Able to demonstrate professional competencies in a home care setting.
- Able to efficiently use technology, including a cell phone and computer.
- Able to travel within the service area.
- Current licensure in the state of practice.
- Valid driver's license.
- Current CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of home care experience.
- BSN.
- IV and venipuncture experience.
