Service Area : Stafford County, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and Westmoreland County Hours: PRN 3 days per week during regular business hours. (Monday through Friday)
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
- Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
Responsibilities
- Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
- Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
- Follow up for unskilled services
- Present educational in-service trainings
- Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team
