Perform routine supervisory visits Follow up for unskilled services Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information. Maintain regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the agency. Follow all Medicaid and HIPAA regulations and requirements. Abide by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
2 years of experience required
Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.

Responsibilities
