About The Position

Our Middlesex County, New Jersey Offices are interested in a Registered Nurse who has a passion for skilled nursing! The ideal nurse has a drive for expanding their skills to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent onboarding and training experience from Day 1. We cater to an array of clients ranging from infant ages to older adult, from low acuity to trach and vented. We invest in our nurses by providing you with extensive training to help you thrive on your cases! Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s) Hands-on care with only one client per day Building client relationships and watching their milestones Client age ranges from infant to geriatric. Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions Document observations, interventions, and evaluations Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
  • A current nursing license in good standing in the state
