Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or home care industry.
Familiarity with the unique requirements and challenges of hiring for home care roles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems and standard office software.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
A proactive, results-driven approach to recruitment.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Identify, attract, and engage with potential candidates through various channels including online platforms, job fairs, and networking.
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to match the requirements of home care positions.
Understand staffing needs and update job descriptions accordingly.
Manage candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment records and database, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Enhance recruitment strategies based on market trends and company needs to continually improve hiring outcomes.
