Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or home care sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for home care positions.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a diverse candidate pool.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and manage the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and home care services.
