Metro is looking for a motivated and passionate PER DIEM Physical Therapist to provide in-home care. Requirements

• Physical Therapist Program Graduate
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey or eligible.
• Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.
• Ability to travel to patients’ homes within the assigned geographic territory.

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience is preferred but not required - We will provide you with a mentor to help with documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities
