This is an administrative role within Home Care & DDD Services, responsible for overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficient agency functioning. The role involves managing client intake, scheduling, and service coordination, as well as maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. The administrator will also assist with staff hiring, onboarding, and training, monitor timesheets, progress notes, and billing paperwork, and handle all incoming communications professionally. Additionally, the role includes preparing reports, authorizations, and supporting audits and licensing requirements, while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. There is also an element of assisting with marketing, community outreach, and referral relationships, and providing administrative support to management for agency growth.
