Requirements

• Two (2) years of supervisor experience overseeing staff and implementation of activities within the program
• Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in recreation, special education, or related human service field preferred.
• 2 years’ experience with developmental disabilities and mental health populations preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical operations and nursing services for the Home Care Program and ICS program.
• Provides leadership and supervision to Registered Nurses and assigned staff, ensuring quality, person-centered care and compliance with organizational, clinical, and regulatory standards.
• Oversees clinical operations and nursing services within assigned programs.
• Conducts and reviews nursing assessments, develops individualized plans of care, and ensures timely completion of required nursing visits and documentation.
• Provides direct supervision, coaching, mentorship, and performance management for Registered Nurses and assigned staff.
• Recruits, hires, trains, evaluates, and develops nursing personnel.
• Ensures staff maintain required licenses, certifications, competencies, and regulatory training requirements.
• Monitors compliance with clinical, documentation, Electronic Health Record (EHR), and regulatory standards; maintains audit-ready records.
• Collaborates with Program Supervisors, Direct Support Professionals, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality service delivery and positive health outcomes.
