PRN Home Care Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatrics to provide private duty nursing care to clients in the Bradford, Pennsylvania area. The role involves one-on-one care in a client’s home, building relationships with clients and supporting them as they reach milestones. Client ages range from infant to geriatric. Nurses travel to one nearby client home and work shifts such as 4, 8, or 10 hours, with scheduling based on availability and no minimums. Compensation is up to $25–$33 per hour, based on qualifications, shift preference, and complexity of care. BAYADA describes its care as compassionate, excellent, and reliable. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
- Passion for pediatrics.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client’s home near the Bradford, Pennsylvania area on a schedule chosen by the nurse.
- Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
- Provide one-on-one hands-on private duty nursing care and build client relationships.
