About The Position
Always Best Care is looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Nurse Aides (NAs) to provide exceptional in-home care to seniors throughout Oahu. As part of our team, you'll work one-on-one with clients, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Requirements
- Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) certification required (CNA accepted)
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical support
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility
- Offer medication reminders
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide transportation for appointments and errands when needed
- Observe and report changes in clients' health or condition
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
