Sigma HomeCare is actively hiring Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Home Health Aides, and Companion Caregivers to provide one-on-one care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout Belleville and surrounding communities. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with GPS capability
• Current TB test or willingness to obtain one
• Compassionate and dependable attitude

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Help clients remain safe and independent at home
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands when needed
• Offer medication reminders
• Document care provided during each shift
