This role involves cultivating relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to expand services and community impact. The marketer will implement innovative marketing strategies and forge authentic connections to champion independence and peace of mind for clients. Requirements

• Proficiency in a spectrum of marketing strategies including email, social media, content creation, and advertising.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive mindset.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in home care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Unearth and nurture potential leads through a blend of digital platforms, phone outreach, and face-to-face interactions.
• Educate clients, families, and local communities about our services, ensuring crystal-clear comprehension of how we elevate their quality of life.
• Forge connections with local communities, senior centers, and healthcare facilities to champion our services and forge strategic partnerships.
• Autonomously juggle office-based duties and community engagement efforts with finesse.
• Maintain meticulous records of referral information.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the team to streamline client intake and transitions.
• Curate and participate in community events to amplify our services and foster invaluable connections.
