About The Position

Mind&Mobility is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality in-home care. The role supports clients’ independence and quality of life through personal care, activities of daily living, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. The aide works with clients, families, and the care team to provide a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.

This PRN position is located in Boca Raton, Florida, and may involve work up to seven days per week. Pay is $200–$225 per day. Level 2 background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is required.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional caregiving or home care experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Complete Level 2 background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Nice To Haves

• CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare and cook meals according to clients’ dietary needs and restrictions.
• Perform light housekeeping, including cleaning and organizing clients’ living spaces.
• Monitor and record vital signs, provide medication reminders, and complete medical documentation as required.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
• Provide errands or transportation as needed.
