About The Position

CareWorks Health Services is seeking a compassionate, results-oriented Home Care Director to lead daily operations and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional care to seniors and their families. This role oversees Client Services, Marketing, HR, Recruiting, and Caregiver Development. The ideal candidate combines emotional intelligence, operational excellence, and accountability to build strong teams, improve systems, and drive measurable results. This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for a leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, improving processes, and growing a business while making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors. This role is accountable for team performance, client satisfaction, caregiver retention, billable hour growth, and profitability. Success in this role requires leadership, coaching, data-driven decision making, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience managing agencies serving 100+ active clients
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in home care, healthcare operations, or service-based organizations
  • Experience leading teams across client services, staffing, recruiting, scheduling, and operations
  • Experience with CRM systems and Google Workspace
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Clean background check

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ClearCare/WellSky or similar platforms preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, Social Work, Gerontology, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience with LTC insurance claims
  • Experience developing SOPs, training programs, and operational workflows

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Client Services Manager, Marketer/Care Liaison, HR, Recruiting, and caregiver workforce.
  • Ensure schedules, authorizations, care plans, and documentation support accurate payroll and billing.
  • Coach team members to achieve performance goals and KPIs.
  • Assist with business growth through relationship development, help sign up callers for services.
  • Build and improve SOPs, training programs, and scalable systems.
  • Manage escalated client, caregiver, and operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
