About The Position

The Home Care Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks under the general guidance of the Administrators, including but not limited to scheduling, management of client care, communication with clients and staff, staff supervision and general office duties.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or certification in healthcare administration or related field required
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Word, as well as electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • Care Coordinator and/or scheduling experience in healthcare field preferred
  • Experience in home care / home health: 2 years preferred
  • Experience is administrative support roles, preferable in a healthcare setting
