About The Position

This is an in-office, Monday–Friday position that allows you to use your clinical knowledge, communication skills, and understanding of patient care in a new and rewarding way. Requirements

  • A current Minnesota PTA or COTA license in good standing
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes
  • Strong communication, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Technological proficiency and a commitment to accuracy
  • Consistent attendance and reliability
  • A Licensed COTA or PTA who is organized, compassionate, dependable, and ready to explore a different path within healthcare
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and referral partners
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and details with confidence
  • A problem-solver who takes initiative and knows how to use good judgment
  • Compassionate, dependable, and genuinely committed to patient-centered care
  • Comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team player
  • Detail-oriented and motivated by accuracy and getting things right

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating communication between physicians, referral sources, patients, caregivers, and our clinical team
  • Supporting scheduling and administrative processes to keep patient care moving efficiently
  • Working closely with clinicians to help ensure timely, compassionate, and well-coordinated care
  • Using your clinical knowledge to understand patient needs and support appropriate care coordination
  • Helping resolve questions and issues to create a positive experience for patients, families, and healthcare partners
  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on delivering exceptional home care
