About The Position

This position is for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Beaverton, OR. The role requires specific credentialing processes with ATI, including potential immediate application for a PERM license. Requirements

Active PERM license (for SC submissions).
Active license.
Experience in the setting.
General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP.
Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training.
Must have PERM license (for SC submissions).
NO COMPACT license (for SC submissions).
If a candidate has worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year, they should be redirected immediately as they are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year.
If a candidate has previous ATI work history as a traveler at any time or perm/PRN more than a year previous to the date of submission, please send the candidate's name and DOB to Katrina so that she can advise if they are eligible for rehire.

Responsibilities

Complete documentation directly with ATI outside of AMN's clearance packet before being cleared by ATI.
Obtain PERM license immediately if applicable.
Provide Physical Therapy Assistant services.
Adhere to specific credentialing requirements.
