As a Caregiver, you will bring comfort, dignity, and joy to our residents by assisting with activities of daily living, including: Bathing, grooming, and hygiene, Dressing and mobility support, Toileting and personal care. Beyond tasks, you’ll build meaningful connections and be a positive, reassuring presence for residents and their families every single day. Requirements

• Commitment to our values: Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, and Compassion
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Genuine passion for working with seniors
• Ability to provide emotional support using the Best Friends™ Approach to dementia care
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• A desire to learn, grow, and be part of a team
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Assisting with dressing and mobility support
• Assisting with toileting and personal care
• Building meaningful connections with residents and their families
• Being a positive, reassuring presence for residents and their families
