About The Position

Rogue Valley Manor is seeking qualified and compassionate Home Care Caregivers to join our healthcare team. Come join our dynamic and passionate healthcare team! Caregivers work to assist our residents in accomplishing their daily living goals, all the while supporting safety and dignity in our beautiful and homelike care facility. A strong applicant will display excellent communication skills—both in listening and providing feedback. We value team members who have a desire to learn, solve problems, and continuously improve. A foundation of prior experience as a caregiver is preferred.
