Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is expanding in the Ripon area and is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Home Care Caregivers to join our growing team. As a Home Care Caregiver, you'll deliver personalized one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the homes they love. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver's license required
Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
Providing companionship and emotional support
Preparing meals and encouraging proper nutrition
Offering medication reminders
Performing light housekeeping tasks
Assisting with transportation and errands
Supporting safe mobility and transfers
Caring for individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age-related conditions
Monitoring client safety and overall well-being
Building lasting relationships with clients and their families
