About The Position

Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring Home Care Caregivers to join their award-winning team in the Waupaca area. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and encouraging healthy nutrition
• Offering medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and household assistance
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Assisting with mobility and safe transfers
• Supporting clients living with Dementia, Alzheimer's, or Parkinson's disease
• Monitoring client safety and overall well-being
• Building trusting relationships with clients and their families
