About The Position

Caring Senior Service of Georgetown is looking for a driven, outgoing professional who loves being out in the community, building trust, and creating meaningful partnerships. This is a high-visibility, growth-focused role where your relationships directly help seniors remain safe, independent, and at home. You’ll serve as the face of our agency throughout Georgetown and surrounding communities:

Requirements

Experience in business development, sales, outreach, or community relations
Confident, polished communicator who enjoys face-to-face relationship building
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Purpose-driven—you care about people and performance
Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record
Willing to travel locally throughout the Georgetown, Killeen, Belton, and Temple area

Nice To Haves

Healthcare, home care, or senior services experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic outreach plans that generate consistent, high-quality referrals
Build strong relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, senior centers, physician offices, and community organizations
Represent Caring Senior Service at networking events, health fairs, and local community functions
Track outreach activity, referral sources, and results using our CRM
Collaborate closely with our care team to ensure a seamless, compassionate client experience
