Requirements

  • Proven success in sales, business development, or relationship-based roles
  • Healthcare, senior care, or home care experience strongly preferred
  • Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Goal-driven with a heart for service
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the Kansas City senior services market is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow referral relationships through networking, outreach, and community engagement
  • Educate partners and families on in-home care and Caring Senior Service’s unique GreatCare® approach
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing
  • Partner with hospitals, physician offices, senior communities, veteran organizations, and local resources
  • Represent Caring Senior Service at community events and professional meetings
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Track activity accurately in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the local office team to ensure exceptional client experiences
