About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead daily operations for a growing home care organization. This role oversees team performance, caregiver scheduling, recruiting, and branch profitability while ensuring high-quality care and client satisfaction. Candidates must have a background in home care leadership to be considered for this role. A combination of home care and management in other roles would be a fit as well.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience
• Strong problem-solving and team management skills
• Experience with operations, budgeting, and performance metrics
• Proficient in Excel and data tracking tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
