About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is an asset.
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Taylor, MI.
- Ability to pass background checks and comply with company policies.
- Physical ability to perform required duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate health professionals.
- Follow care plans and instructions from supervisors and healthcare providers.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy at all times.
