About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is actively hiring caring and dependable individuals to provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors and adults who wish to remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. We provide the training and support needed to succeed, whether you're an experienced caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or looking to begin a meaningful career in home care.
Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation is preferred
Nice To Haves
- HHA, CNA, or PCA certification is a plus but not required for all positions
- Previous caregiving experience is welcomed, but we happily train motivated individuals with a passion for helping others
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships by providing companionship and emotional support
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with walking, mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
- Observe and report changes in clients' health or well-being
