About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Homemakers, and Experienced Caregivers to serve seniors throughout Lexington, Bedford, Burlington, Arlington, Belmont, Concord, Waltham, Winchester, Lincoln, and nearby communities. We offer flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, weekends, block hours, and Mother's Hours, aiming to match you with clients close to home and build a schedule that fits your life. Requirements

• Home Health Aide (HHA), CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or caregiving experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide companion care and emotional support
• Assist with meal planning and preparation
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands
• Assist with mobility and transfer
• Perform safety monitoring and provide meaningful companionship
