About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join their team as Home Care Aides and Caregivers. This role offers meaningful work where you can make a real difference in the lives of seniors while maintaining control of your schedule. The company provides training for the right candidates, making experience unnecessary. Immediate openings are available in Londonderry, Derry, Salem, Windham, and surrounding areas. Guardian Angel Senior Services is a family-owned company with a compassionate approach, operating 14 offices throughout MA & NH.
Requirements
- Compassionate, reliable, and respectful demeanor
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to follow care plans and safety guidelines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- No prior experience required – training is provided for candidates with the right attitude and commitment to care
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, dishes, general tidying)
- Run errands such as grocery shopping and prescription pick-up
- Provide medication reminders
- Observe and report changes in condition or behavior
- Maintain a safe and clean home environment
