About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Home Care Aides, Caregivers, or PCAs. This role offers meaningful work where you can make a real difference while maintaining control of your schedule. The company provides training for the right candidates, making experience unnecessary. Immediate openings are available in Londonderry, Derry, Salem, Windham, and surrounding areas. Guardian Angel Senior Services is a family-owned company with 14 offices across MA & NH, dedicated to providing compassionate care.

Requirements

• Compassionate, reliable, and respectful demeanor
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to follow care plans and safety guidelines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to read, write, and speak English

Nice To Haves

• No prior experience required. Training is provided for candidates with the right attitude and commitment to care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, dishes, general tidying)
• Run errands such as grocery shopping and prescription pick-up
• Provide medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in condition or behavior
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment
